Other rental information
  • CHECKING IN:  You will send your payment in full 30 days prior to your arrival date (This gives us time to make sure your check clears and also if someone "stands us up" gives us time to try to rent the slot out to someone else). Around ten days prior to your arrival, we will email you the door codes along with other helpful information. 
  • Pet are not permitted on rentals less than 30 days.   We love pets, but turn over days are busy on the Cape and our house keepers need more time to clean our home when pets are present.  We want to make sure our home is spotless for the next guest.   
  • Smoking is not allowed in our home.
  • Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
  • Personal checks, Venmo or Zelle payments for the final balance are preferred.   When paying by credit card, we do pass along the 3% convenience fee which will be added to the total amount due. 
  • The pool is open from March 1st through October 31st but it is not heated.
Please contact us for rates greater than 365 days in advance as our pricing engine defaults to max pricing beyond 365 days. 

We book from Saturday to Saturday during the peak season.  In the off season there is a 3-day minimum, and we will allow for flexibility in the check in/out dates.   We also offer longer term rates in the Winter months.
